59. My Podcast Version 1...
You will already know that podcasting was one of the big issues of SXSW. If you didn't you can find out more about it here. In particular you would have learned about Anchor, and how its a one-stop-shop for new pdocasters (more about that here).
So podcasts are the next big thing. Why not do a podcast? Here's my idea...
It's a weekly pseudo true-crime for children aged 8-12. The idea is to hint that there's a real life mystery behind a well known children's book. The objective is to get kids to read more, to talk about reading, to really delve into a book with excitement and enthusiasm.
As far as I can tell, there's nothing out there like this. Is that because it's no good, or just because its not been thought of yet?
